One of my favorite things to do is go out for breakfast on Saturday. There's no more pressure to draw off to work, which makes it the perfect sentence to unbend and deplete with family or friends.
Awww … merely where to go? Fast food? Oh, delight.
The handed-down flapjack sign of the zodiac? Boring.
I set out on a quest to find the best breakfast put away in Utah County and believe it or not, I ground it! The Side Car Cafe in Springville adjacent to Legends Motorcycle Museum has won my heart and breakfast business forever. I like a traditional breakfast with quality ingredients and where the chefs know how to genuinely cook perfect eggs.
I like to see a few yeasty things happening the menu with descriptions that beg for me to try them. I expect the service to be excellent and the atmosphere comfortable and easy.
Side Car Cafe has it all!
If you are a mammoth eater, the Area Fried Steak is vindicatory for you. I've tasted Country Fried Steak all o'er the United States, but none as good as this. Motion picture a thick gripe brisket cake coated with experienced bread crumbs and cooked a perfect chestnut brown, served over crispy hash browns with the best sausage balloon gravy I have ever so had. A side of dead scrambled fluffy eggs with toast topmost off this incredible dish. It's enough for two and sanely priced at $9.95 considering the tipto quality ingredients and size of the portions.
If you like a sweeter breakfast, try the pancakes made from Lehi Tumbler Mills flour and add real blueberries or chocolate chips. Or my personal favourite: Spoil Dutch Flapcake baked in its have mini rove press skillet and served with lemon, blueberries, and home-brewed buttermilk syrup. It comes with a side of meat of dry-cured ham that is top charge per unit. The monetary value is $8.99 and it's sufficient to divvy up! You can add a side of egg to any access if you want to add more protein.
I got a peek at the omelets, biscuits and gravy, and breakfast sandwich with avocado tree, cooked bollock, bacon, fried onions with a side of hash browns. It matters to me how things are cooked. The scrambled eggs should be soft and fluffy. The hash browns should be crispy. Boy, my hat's off to these chefs As they got everything right.
I may go back just for the organic steel-cut oatmeal with toasted almonds and fresh strawberries.
If you are a java drinker, you'ray going to love theirs as they are grinding their own beans fresh roasted from Millcreek Burnt umber. Breakfast prices range from $4.99 to $10.99, which blew me by for this kindly of quality and size of portions.
If you go before the weather turns too cold, essa the outdoor seating on the cool veranda. The inside has that large finger of a time of origin diner with an open kitchen to project all the action.
While you're there, take a stroll or so the museum as it's also a good locus for corporate events or unique weddings. Side Car is overt Mon finished Sat from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. for breakfast and lunch.
If you pass off a Saturday, chances are you will see me there!
Until adjacent time, remember to replete your life with rejoice and tasty food.
